With the Clients feature, you separate the use and the management of your solution.
Clients are the people who can book meetings through your Q-Cal solution. Either directly through the Q-Cal platform or through integration from another calendar system e.g. Office365.
Dividing access to your solution to Login Users and Clients makes it easy for people to book and manage meetings (clients) while you maintain full control over who can access and make critical changes to your solution (Login Users).
