What is it?

Wayfinding is a collection of functions designed to make the navigation around your spaces better and more efficient.

It achieves this by creating live maps that display the availability and equipment of your spaces, ensuring clear oversight. Additionally, Wayfinding can project a list of all meetings and add directional arrows on your screens, guiding guests comfortably to their destinations.
This function is especially interesting for organisations with multiple buildings or meeting rooms.

Find a fitting meeting room

Finding an available room suddenly becomes very easy. When using this feature you are able to create a map of all your rooms and see if they are currently booked or available. Your live map can be created to showcase a full scheme of the room with the furniture, projectors and chairs so you can immediately see which room fits your needs regarding technology or number of seats.

Navigate better

Wayfinding also helps your visitors (and you) to know where to go. Your screen can show a list of today’s planned meetings including their location and arrows.

For more complex setups, multiple screens can be placed along the way to assist visitors at every step. Instead of overwhelming them with a confusing building map, your screens provide straightforward directions, such as:

“Manager Meeting at 16:00 👉”




Get an Overview

When using Wayfinding, at a glance, you can see which facilities are currently in use, what meetings are scheduled, and exactly where they’re happening. With clear directions, you’ll always know where to go.
Booking information syncs both ways with your microsoft365 or your preferred calendar. Simply add the meeting location when scheduling, and the details will automatically appear on the relevant screens at the right time, saving you time and keeping the members of your team on track.

Your preferred information can also be shared not only on your digital signage but also on your website or sharepoint.

    Set up a meeting in your calendar as usual.
  2. Informing On the Day-of
    On the scheduled day, your meeting appears on a digital list of all meetings, complete with directions to the room.
  3. Just Start
    Upon entering the room, start the meeting with a simple tap on the meeting room display.
  4. Live map
    The room’s status is instantly updated on your live map and calendar, showing it as occupied.
  5. End and Free Up the RoomWhen the meeting concludes, end it on the room display so your colleagues know the space is now available
