To address meeting room booking challenges, N1 deployed Q-Cal, our calendar integration solution. This ensures that all companies—regardless of their calendar system—can book meeting rooms effortlessly. Meeting room displays outside each room provide real-time availability and booking options.
Finally, N1 uses Digital Signage in the canteen to display upcoming events and the weekly menu, creating a vibrant and informative environment for everyone in the building.
