    Yes you can ad-hoc book directly on the screen without logging into a separate system. This increases flexibility and room utilization.

    Q-Cal includes a Start/Stop Meeting Confirmation feature. If a meeting isn’t started within a set time, it auto-cancels, freeing the room for others.

    Can I customize the layout?

    Yes. Layouts can show:
